“Breath the spirit of God into the hearts minds and souls of the world”

Terry Borderline is a visionary, artist and producer striving to create a fair and equitable world for artists. Catering to a socially conscious demographic, Terry’s musical works can be likened to A Tribe Called Quest, Yasiin Bey or a young Kanye West. His music is Hip Hop told through a collage of stories and conversations surrounding indigenous culture, spirituality, wellness, and universal truths. Terry’s newest album The Vision speaks to the complexities of being a black male visionary in a world that is colorblind. Born with a stutter, he overcame many of his obstacles through the wisdom of his rhymes. To uplift artists, Terry co-founded Mass Spiritz with Sassy D’estany—a nonprofit organization that provides resources, capital, and collaborative opportunities for music creators. Their projects Mass Spiritz Vol. 1 and Vol. 2 are available on all streaming platforms. The latest release, Mass Spiritz: The Collaborative, created in partnership with the Cambridge Hip Hop Collective, is set to launch this year.
As a teacher, Terry mentors the next generation of artists and entrepreneurs in music production, business, and culture with Transformative Culture Project at Northeastern University . In a world where capitalism often dilutes art into mere entertainment, Terry Borderline remains devoted to its original essence: a tool to inspire. To inspire means to breath life into— and with music Terry Borderline seeks to breath the spirit of God into the hearts, minds and souls of the world.
